Great location, 5 mins from pier, 10 mins to night market and mall, 7/11 & massage underneath, good coffee across the road, couple of bars that show football close by, good cheap food underneath, excellent gym two streets over. Room freshly decorated white, decent hard mattress, AC is good, bathroom clean, balcony perfect for drying my running clothes. No issues with noise waking me. Incredible value, staff helped me with anything I needed and do a great job of running the place. Security man always says hello. Highly recommend, will be back in a couple of weeks. room was nice and spacious, very clean and nice sized bed with a cute little balcony

I really like the room.It is big .It's worth the price. Staff is very accomodating and helpful.
